WHAT IS COACHING?

Results based life coaching is designed to help ambitious people proactively get more done.
By addressing personal and professional problems, life coaches are able to clarify goals and focus on breaking patterns that are causing their clients to get stuck on their paths to success. I am professionally trained to support you proactively, either remotely or face to face from my office in Brighton, UK.

Life or business coach?
Our private life and our businesses are often intertwined, so work on one, the other will benefit, and vice versa. You are the same person conducting both your personal life and your professional life, so when you work to self-develop yourself, both aspects will benefit in ways you wouldn’t believe. WHY I AM DIFFERENT

Coaching as a rule is forward-looking, finding solutions and/or resolutions to existing situations and what ‘the next step’ should be, which is great, but to really achieve lasting change and to thrive I believe we should look at our ‘WHY?s’. My speciality is Therapeutic Coaching: I use psychotherapy tools so you can become aware of your underlying motivations, your drivers and your attachment styles. Having this awareness is the first step to using existing behaviour patterns to your advantage, or changing those that don’t serve you. You will develop an awareness of how and when your nervous systems reacts in certain ways and how you can manage it. Useful for everyone, but particularly useful for clients prone to feeling anxious and/or depressed.

 WHY COACHING?

Some of the most successful people in business have coaches, but what does it really mean? Why is it useful? And in the absence of limitless funds, how can we coach ourselves to success, to keep ourselves motivated, making the right choices, and moving towards our goals.
I offer one-to-one coaching or regular group sessions, guiding clients to make the right choices for their happiness and success. I offer coaching in the context of business, life and health. I love working with young people, and am an inclusive coach.
I am a qualified NLP practioner and business coach.

WHAT DOES A COACH DO?

It depends what your motivation for seeing a life coach is, but essentially a life coach asks you questions to encourage you to think of the situation differently and to help you see things from a different perspective. As a coach I know you have all the solutions and resources to make the changes you want to see in your life, I do not tell you what to do.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

The next step is to book in a free, no-obligation discovery call with me. This will be approximately 20 minutes long either by phone, or zoom (whatever is your preference). During this call we will discuss your reasons for seeing a coach, I can answer any questions you might have about me, my practice, and the process. The call will also be an opportunity to see if we are a good match to work together.

If it is a match, we can schedule our first session. First sessions are usually 1.5hr long, since I think establishing that first connection with a client takes time. Susequent sessions are 1hr long. I can see you remotely via zoom, by phone, or face-to-face from my office in Brighton, England. Depending on requirements I can travel.

 How many sessions will you need? Everyone is different, and people’s needs are different; I have seen some clients for over 2 years because they can see the benefits in their life and want more; other clients I have seen for a one off Evaluate+Goal Setting session, but most clients want a few sessions to see through the changes they have initiated and establish new behaviours.

How frequent are sessions? Again, everyone is different, as are their situations. A more intense situation will require more support and weekly sessions, otherwise fortnightly is the usual frequency, other long-term clients see me monthly.

What’s the investment? Discovery Calls are free, your investment is £75 for the initial 90min session, £60 for a 60min session and £90 for a 90min Evaluate+Goal Setting session.
