Book Your Intimacy Assessment Call

Take the first step towards improving your sexual health and wellbeing by booking your Intimacy Assessment Call today. This call will provide a safe and supportive space for you to discuss your needs and explore the ways in which sex therapy can help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re dealing with issues related to intimacy, sexual dysfunction, communication, or desire, I’m here to support.

Sex therapy can help you deepen your emotional and physical connection with your present and future partner(s), leading to greater intimacy and satisfaction.

Through exploration of your sexual desires and preferences in a safe and supportive environment, you can better understand your own needs and boundaries, and work with your therapist to find ways to enhance your sexual experiences.

Sex therapy also empowers you to take control of your sexual health and wellbeing by providing you with tools and strategies to address challenges and improve your overall sexual experience.

Ultimately, sex therapy is a personalised and empowering way to improve your sexual relationships and feel more confident in your sexuality.

I will conduct an initial assessment of your sexual history, concerns, and goals for therapy. This may involve gathering information about sexual practices, health, relationships, and other relevant factors.

I will develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. This may involve a variety of interventions. We will work collaboratively to implement the treatment plan and so you are supported throughout the process.

I support you to integrate the skills and strategies you’ve learnt into their everyday life. This may involve practicing communication skills, exploring new sexual techniques, or making other lifestyle changes to support sexual health and wellbeing.

I support you to reunite with your partner(s) or yourself in a more fulfilling and satisfying sexual relationship over the long term. The goal is to help you feel more empowered, confident, and satisfied in their sexual relationships.

The next step is to book an Intimacy Assessment Call with me. This call will last approximately 30 minutes and can be done by phone or Zoom – whichever you prefer. During this call, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeing a sex therapist, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you might have about me, my practice, and the process. This call will also give us a chance to connect before our first session.

I offer remote sessions via Zoom or phone, or face-to-face sessions from my office in Brighton, England. Depending on your needs, I can travel to your location.

The number of sessions you’ll need varies depending on your unique situation, but generally, sex therapy is for a set period of time.

To get the most benefit from our sessions, it’s recommended that we start with weekly sessions, and then switch to fortnightly sessions. Consistency and commitment are key to achieving results.

The cost for an Intimacy Assessment Call is £45. Your investment for the initial 2-hour session is £250, and subsequent 60-minute sessions are £175. The investment you make in your sexual health and wellbeing can lead to a more fulfilling and satisfying sex life, improved intimacy, and greater overall happiness.
